Charming old accommodation with wonderful setting really close to the beach and downtown area as well as both Folkestone West and Central train stations. A flat-screen television and a kettle in the room and the extremely comfy bed.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was the best and lovely. The room was compact, airy with a comfy bed. All the staff members were super-friendly.

It was fairly clean, everyone was super-friendly and pleasant. The best and lovely breakfast for a vegan too was a nice touch. The location was particularly good, just off a very early Eurotunnel, the sea within 5 minutes and the garden.

Immaculately clean room and ensuite, with thoughtful amenities like makeup remover flannels and tea/coffee facilities. Great location, just a short walk to the sea and harbour. The hosts were so lovely and provided excellent service, even recommending a fantastic local restaurant.
Few outlets in the room and they were far from the bed. Minor inconvenience for charging my phone while in bed.
